Smoked cheese from Yan cheesemaker is produced from natural cow’s milk. Taste is clean sour-milk taste with smoked after-taste. By producing cheese only natural is used. 

Fat content - 45,0-50,0% 
Shelf life – 90 days at the temperature t=0-+4ºС                                    Package – flow-pack, carton box.
