This new product has its own individual taste and aroma. Sapphire semi-hard cheese has a pleasant fruity and pronounced spicy taste. It is made according to the classical technology from high-quality milk with specially selected strains of sourdough. Individual feature of the cheese: soft plastic consistency and mild fruit-spicy taste. Latex crust reliably protects the cheese from the outside environment, thus giving the original taste characteristics. Sapphire aged cheese with 45% fat content is a representative of the Dutch group of premium cheeses. On the section of the cheese has no pattern. Allowed the presence of individual round, oval or irregular shaped peepholes of varying diameter. The consistency of dense, homogeneous, the dough is slightly brittle in a bend. The color of light yellow, uniform throughout the mass. The cheese is great with figs, almonds and walnuts, as well as dry white wine. Ingredients: normalized pasteurized milk, salt (contains anti-caking agent E536), thickener - calcium chloride, bacterial starter of mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid microorganisms, preservative - sodium nitrate, natural milk-enzyme preparation of animal origin (chymosin, pepsin), enzyme preparation of animal origin - lysozyme, complex food additive (acidity regulator - sodium hydroxide E524, colorant - Norbixin E160b). Nutritional value of 100 g of the product: fats - 25 g, protein - 29 g, energy value (average values): 1420 kJ/340 kcal. After opening packages store at temperatures from 0 ° C to 4 ° C.
